What You’ll Learn

In four short sessions over four consecutive days, you will learn the simple technique of Vedic Meditation. Each 60–90 minute session builds progressively, allowing you to integrate the practice into your life with confidence and ease.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a lifelong meditation practice you can use anywhere, anytime.

  • You will receive your personalised mantra in an individual ceremony and learn the effortless technique of Vedic Meditation. You’ll be guided through your first meditation experience with personal instruction and support.

  • Learn how the mantra works, about thoughts in meditation, and how to integrate your practice into daily life. You will be guided through meditation and have your questions answered.

  • Understand the physiology of stress and how Vedic Meditation helps release accumulated stress and fatigue from the body. You will be guided through meditation again, and enjoy questions and discussion.

  • Explore the long-term benefits of regular meditation, states of consciousness, and how to deepen and stabilise your practice over time. The session ends with meditation and an opportunity to ask further questions.

    By the end of the course, you’ll be a fully self-sufficient Vedic meditator and able to meditate anywhere, anytime, for life.

Learn Vedic Meditation through either small-group or private in-person instruction.

SMALL GROUP COURSES

Courses are taught in intimate small groups, allowing for personalised guidance and support throughout the learning process.

PRIVATE COURSES

Private courses are available for individuals, couples and colleagues seeking a more customised experience, flexible scheduling, or additional one-on-one support.
